inutero, at birth and the first few years
​after birth are crucial in forming:

• Beliefs about how lovable we feel.
  
• How safe we feel in the world.
  
• The quality of our relationships throughout our life span.
  
• Our capacity to regulate emotions and cope with stress.
  
• Physiological processes- cardiovascular, neuroendocrine and immune systems.
  
• The mind/body/spirit connection.
  

​These imprints/beliefs trigger unconscious responses throughout life and can be
​re-patterned at any stage of life.


​I work with adults, one on one and in group Womb Surround Process Workshops.
Folks who have life long challenges
